Set a confidence threshold per pipeline. Above it, Charterd executes — parses the enquiry, invites suppliers, evaluates bids, issues the quote. Below it, the job lands in your queue with the AI's working shown, ready for a human decision.
- Per-flow toggles. Automate quoting but keep bid selection manual — or any other mix. Change it any time.
- Escalation, not error. Anything ambiguous — odd routes, multi-vehicle jobs, low-confidence parses — is escalated to a person, never guessed.
- Manual fallback everywhere. Every automated step has the same screen a human would use. Nothing is a black box.

Running something bespoke — franchises, multiple brands, unusual volume? Enterprise plans come with a negotiated booking fee. .
- The booking fee is a percentage of each confirmed booking's value, however your customer pays. On card payments it is taken when the payment is made; on other bookings it is added to your monthly Charterd invoice.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own card processing fees to that account, separately from Charterd's fees: see Stripe's UK pricing.
- Enquiries beyond your plan's monthly AI allowance go to your review queue to handle by hand. Nothing is blocked.
- Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time. A 12-month term, billed monthly or up front, renews for another 12 months unless you change plan before it ends.
- After the free trial you move to Pay as you go unless you choose a plan. Prices are in GBP.
